Hayley Peak
Peak International Solutions was founded by Hayley Peak, a seasoned entrepreneur and product distribution specialist based in Perth, Western Australia. Hayley’s journey spans diverse roles in small business, community organisations, and State Government, underpinned by a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Edith Cowan University.
In 2008, Hayley and her husband Adrian launched Bluewater Tanks, supplying and installing rainwater tanks across Western Australia’s South West and Great Southern regions. Their entrepreneurial spirit led them to Albany in 2010, where they founded The Wellness Shop, a health food store inspired by personal experiences with chronic illness and their son’s journey with High Functioning Autism and ADHD.
After discovering life-changing wellness solutions and building on their success, Hayley and Adrian transitioned into national distribution, creating My Gut Wellness and Wellness Wholesale. These ventures allowed them to help others reclaim their health while expanding their business footprint. In 2018, they returned to Perth to further develop their enterprises.
Now, through Peak International Solutions, Hayley is focused on elevating Australian and New Zealand brands internationally. The company’s core mission is to connect local businesses in the Health & Wellness, Beauty, Gourmet Foods and Fast Moving Consumer Goods sectors with buyers worldwide. By providing expert guidance on market readiness, compliance, logistics, and strategic partnerships, Peak International Solutions empowers brands to thrive in the global marketplace.
Hayley’s commitment extends beyond business. She is passionate about educating others on health and wellness, advocating for reduced toxicity, and helping people achieve better wellbeing. With over 18 years of experience in government promotions, marketing management, and community engagement, Hayley is also an active member and Director Consultant in the BNI (Business Network International) community and has been recognised as a Rotary Youth Exchange Student to the USA and a finalist for Young Australian of the Year in 2002.
Outside of work, Hayley enjoys family time, gardening, reading, and relaxing with her partner Adrian, their two children, and beloved pets on their five-acre property.
